Triangle Business Journal / Tazza Kitchen to open second Triangle location
Tazza Kitchen, a popular restaurant in Raleigh’s Cameron Village, is opening a second Triangle location in Cary’s Stone Creek Village, reports local blogger Triangle Food Guy.
The site is the former Cafe Caturra, the restaurant concept that Tazza Kitchen also replaced in Cameron Village.
Tazza Kitchen currently operates in Virginia and the Carolinas. The Cameron Village restaurant was the first for the concept in North Carolina.
The menu includes “wood-fired cooking … influences from Southern Italy and Baja California … and unique small-production wines, innovative local brews, and cocktails made with premium spirits,” according to its website.
