Meal after meal, in the comfort of our jeans and spectacular ambiance and architecture, we tasted simply prepared and beautifully presented dishes worthy of Michelin starred restaurants, sourced from the surrounding land and sea, paired with wines from their own and neighboring vineyards. The quality of the food we enjoyed was second only to the hospitality we received as we were welcomed in like family. After a magical day in Valle De Guadalupe visiting farms, wineries, and restaurants, as we sat sipping wine by a warm fire under a chilly brilliant night sky, one of us wondered, “Do you think a day like today is even more special because so many people called us crazy for coming here?” It’s hard to answer, but one thing’s for sure, we’re going back again.
